Your information

You can browse the portfolio without an account. Some tools send the information you provide to external services to perform the requested task.

When you use a tool

• Contact enquiries: Your draft stays in the open form until you choose WhatsApp or email. The selected service opens with that draft; you still need to send it there. The website does not keep an enquiry database.
• CV Builder: Your PDF or text file is read in your browser. Extracted CV text is sent through a Netlify function to Groq for parsing. AI review and enhancement also send relevant CV text. The site does not maintain a database of uploaded CVs. Your draft remains in the open page until you leave or reload it.
• Proof Lenz: Pasted copy, optional context, and images of uploaded designs or PDF pages are sent through a Netlify function to Groq for proofreading. Recent results, extracted and corrected text, filenames, and small previews are saved in this browser. Entries older than one hour are removed when the tool opens or performs its periodic cleanup while open.
• NOVA and the Labs chatbot: Messages and conversation context are sent through the site's AI service to Groq. NOVA keeps recent messages and remembered notes in this browser for future visits. Live-answer mode may use Groq's web-search tools. The website does not keep a server-side conversation database.
• Voice: NOVA uses your microphone only after browser permission. Speech recognition is provided by your browser and may send audio to its recognition service. Neural speech sends the reply text through the site to Groq for audio generation; browser speech synthesis is also available.
• Weather: NOVA sends the city you request to Open-Meteo's geocoding service. For weather near you, it asks for location permission and sends coordinates to Open-Meteo. You can use a city name instead.
• Other creative tools: Prompts and relevant text for slides, posters, and colour palettes are sent to Groq when you use their AI features. The Labs image generator sends prompts to AI Horde; Poster Maker's image-generation feature uses Pollinations. Those services process prompts and generated images under their own policies.

What stays in this browser

Browser storage keeps NOVA's messages, notes and voice preferences; Proof Lenz's recent history; and game high scores. Page transitions use temporary session storage. These features are not an account or a cloud backup. Clearing site data removes locally saved information.

The site does not include advertising trackers or client-side analytics. Hosting, external fonts, libraries and embedded content still make network requests and may create technical logs with the service provider.

These controls remove local history for this site on this browser. They do not delete records held by external providers.

External services

The website's functions process requests without maintaining a user-content database. This is different from a promise that no server ever retains data: providers may retain usage information or content according to their settings and policies.

• Groq data handling — AI text, design proofreading and neural speech.
• AI Horde and Pollinations privacy policy — image generation.
• Open-Meteo terms and privacy — city lookup and weather.
• Netlify privacy policy — hosting and serverless functions.
• Google privacy policy — Google Fonts. Your browser vendor's policies apply to browser-provided voice recognition.
• Adobe privacy policy — Behance project embeds. External library CDNs and links to social or messaging services are governed by those providers' policies.

AI features

AI helps generate, revise and review content. Its suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect; review them before using them professionally.

• CV scores are local content and structure checks, not scores from an employer's applicant tracking system. AI feedback is shown separately when available.
• Proof Lenz can miss text in a design or suggest an incorrect edit. Check the original and corrected versions before approving changes.
• Generated text, images and live answers may contain mistakes. Verify facts, rights and suitability for the intended use.
• This website does not train AI models on your inputs. Processing and retention by external providers follow their own policies.

Terms of use

General

This website and its tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use of the experimental tools (AI Image Generator, Chatbot, CV Builder, Poster Maker, Slide Maker, Color Palette, and games) is at your own risk.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use AI tools to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Do not attempt to abuse, spam, or overwhelm the AI services or game leaderboards.
• Do not upload files containing malware or malicious content to the CV Builder.
• Rate limits are in place to ensure fair usage for everyone.

Intellectual Property

All portfolio work showcased on this website is © Nikhil Jiby. AI-generated images and content created through the tools belong to the user who generated them, subject to the AI service providers' terms.

Limitation of Liability

Nikhil Jiby is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this website or its tools, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate AI outputs, or service interruptions.
