01 / THE PROBLEM

A polished layout can still contain a typo.

Spelling slips, repeated words and cut-off text are easy to miss when attention is on the visual design. Proof Lenz gives that final copy check a dedicated place in the workflow.

02 / TRY A COMPARISON

See the change, keep the meaning.

A prepared example shows how small corrections can be reviewed. This comparison runs locally and does not call an AI service.

ORIGINAL COPY

Recieve your free design guide.
Three tips to improve your your next project.

  • Recieve → Receive: spelling correction.
  • your your → your: repeated word removed.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

Separate reading from correcting.

01

Extract the source

A vision model transcribes visible text from an image. Pasted copy skips this step.

02

Apply the chosen mode

Strict checks spelling and hard errors; Plus adds grammar; House applies a broader copy-edit. British and American English are supported.

03

Validate and review

Server-side filtering checks proposed issues against the extracted source and removes duplicates. The designer reviews the result.

04 / DESIGN DECISION

Suggestions should be inspectable.

Each change should explain what was read and what is proposed. Separating extraction from correction helps keep that comparison understandable. AI can still misread text or miss an error; the output remains a review step before publishing.
